Head of the Yarra
The HEAD OF THE YARRA is held on the last Saturday in November each year. It’s an 8.6km race of eight-oared-boats (each person has one oar) that begins from the heart of Melbourne and winds up the Yarra River to Hawthorn.
Rowing School Victoria is currently taking Expressions of Interest for the 2008 HEAD OF THE YARRA , from people who are interested in being part of a crew and taking part in this historic event.
